Our Probe Lending Process

Thanks to our extensive stock of more than 15,000 ultrasonic transducer models, at WSA-Ecosondes we can offer you the exclusive LOAN PROBE service (*), where we provide you with an ultrasonic probe of the same model and brand during the repair (service subject to availability).

Our customer service department will first coordinate sending a loaner probe with you. Once we receive it, we will pick up your defective probe and send it to our technical department and laboratory.

(*) This service is exclusive and free of charge for repair offers. The customer has 3 working days to tell us how to proceed.
